    Shakes > bars every day of the week. The only bar I have every once in a while is the bigger Detour bar. But hell even if they didnt have all that crap in them, they are still $3 a pop. WAAAYYY to expensive.

It is really easier for me to stay on a strict diet when I work then when I am home because I have it all right here. Be creative bring groceries to work. Do what Grinder did cook it up bag it and label it. I thought that was a great way to do it.

          I never said that. But, it just seems like instead of committing 100% to bettering your body & health, it feels like there are obstacles that come up all the time, that really shouldn't be that difficult to maneuver.           Secondly, state labor laws REQUIRE that you get two 15 minute breaks during an 8 hour day, AND at least 30 minutes for lunch. I understand you are grateful for your opportunity. However, it is unlawful for your employer to make what seems to be sort of threatening behavior IF you do take a lunch break. So, take it upon yourself to Google gyms in the area, or just go for a run outside. The "hopefully you won't have time to run" response, could actually be deemed as a labor law violation. If you are hourly or salary, they cannot force you not to take a lunch. I would just get up during the day and leave for an hour. It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission, so if they have a problem with it, then they need to come up with alternative times for you to take a break. You're already working at least a 50 hr work week, so please explain to me why you can't take an hour for lunch.
