I personally won't either, but I guess I understand when others "help" people so that they won't get hurt.

Hey at least she is fit now and not telling you of her former glory and giving you advice because she used to be sooo fit. That is what I get all the time at work. Hey, relax you know what you know that is all that matters.

why dont people understand - if i want your advice ill ask for it
GREAT question. And, the funniest part about all of it, is that I could run circles around her and what she "thinks" she knows about how to eat.

And let's just not even mention the slew of fertility meds I have been on in the past 6 months. That's probably the worst part about it- that she has NO CLUE about my history with fitness, my history with trying to conceive....and yet she is the first one to pass judgment. Sort of humbling, & somewhat of a life lesson, really- to never judge a book by its cover.
