Got the results of my blood work a few days ago. Everything thankfully is in check.
Cholesterol is normal, BUT my HDL (good cholesterol) is low, and LDL (bad cholesterol) is high.
I told my doctor my diet, and the massive red meat intake i used to have. 4-5 burgers a week, and beef post workout everyday i lifted.
My question is, how can i reverse my HDL and LDL levels???
