recently iv been reading about serotonin,dopamine and *endorphines*.
what roles they play and how they play themselves out.
basically im looking to find out the best ways to keep these hormones as regular as can be.
i think we all agree that.. we ack upon on how we feel, so i want to feel on top each and "only if this was possible" every day!
