I know this sounds a bit gay but what should you wear at the Olympia, I mean I was thinking a T shirt would be good during the day for any pics I manage to get with the monstors for comparison arm shots etc

But for the night show I would have thought a loose shirt, I'm not one for overly tight tops and shit?

Most expensive element is the flights bro, don't forget its international. Ya I have nice rooms but not top ones. I will gamble I'm just saying that I'll only take with me what I'm prepared to loose, I'd never go gambling to win, not really.

I should be meeting up with Kevin Randleman during my trip also, to thank me for the trip my lady is taking me to the shooting range there. We got Cirque de Soleil booked also, will do the canyon and see what events are on (rodeo, motorcross, skate board) other than that there are plenty desert excursions like dune buggies etc and shit loads of top quality shrimp and beef will be getting eaten also

I forgot it was international, now it all adds up. Have a good trip.

So I couldn't resist,

we arrived yesterday and although I'd booked for the finals only, I had to go watch the pre judging.

So in the womens section, my fav Nicole ball didn't place in top six and Iris Kyle blew everyone away. Nicole Ball was the only one that still looked female in the face though so that about says it all.

I was eating in TGI's; Branch Warren, Kenin Leverone walk right by (not together), branch looks fukin huge even with his loose shirt on.

Erin Riles looked the sharpest in the fitness, and certainly had the best rythm and timing IMO, and her tunes rocked, she didn't place though there were others that were slightly more gymnastic, can't remember who won but I was shouting for Erin.

The mens; well for me; Phil Heath, Dexter looked great, the Wolk looked amazing and although he was prolly the biggest Jay didn't do it for me, smooth midsection (comparatively) unsymetrical abs and generally barrel shaped. Apart from hime and a couple others including I'm sorry to say Dennis James, I was really impressed with the tightness of the guys, small tight midsections, really striking proportions and symetry, Dexter leading the pack there but Wolf was massive and had the best shoulders, when he hit a most muscular you could even see the striations on his rear delts hanging over the top.


We'll see what happens tonight.

OK so I don't wanna take from the other olympia thread but OMG!

All I can say is apart from my wedding ad honeymoon this has been the best trip ever. I went to the finals and it was awsome. I mean the mens finalists were top quality. X man was mind blowing as he came out first. At that weight he shape was sick and muscularity on aother planet. He should of placed better. I was shocked about Gustavo's placing at first but then when I saw the guy that placed one higher I was like yea ok I get it.

Jay is just too chunky round the waist, all those years of trying to catch Ronnie has sent him down the wrong road and it shows. Wolf's routine rocked the house and he was easily the most striking presence on stage, stole the show. I was getting a sick feeling when X and Wolfe got placed and Jay was still on stage but thank goodness Dex got it. This is gonna take it back where it should be.

So tha evening I met with wannabeabeast and his lovely lady and we had a blast, so much so that we spent all the next day together from breakfast buffet onwards, my lady and his were shopping and stuff and we just rolled together all day, it was the best and he's a really cool guy I tell ya.

Yesterday we met with my friend Nicole ball, she really suffered with cramps this year and struggled with her prep in the later stages so she's happy with 11th in the world all things considered, she looked amazing to me and really the only one thats looks like a pretty lady still, the winner Ms Kyle, geneticly gifted all the way but gimme a break some sacrifices are too much.

So I was going to tell you guys about the expo and the pics and signitures I got but that just got blown the fuck away in light of todays events;

So the wife wants to go poolside at the Wynn today, I'm like thats cool I'm gonna see what Golds is like, there a few around and the taxi driver wants to take me to the tropicana located one, I guess because there was a few more bucks in it for him since it was further, but he sas its the origina one around here and bigger than the others.

I walk up the the entrance, take stock of the history of Golds (I'm a Brit so it feels special) I walk in and pay the $15 and notice some video camera crew in the doorway, I sa 'you got some bodybuilders here today, the guy says year; 'DEXTER, JAY AND WOLF!!!!!!

By this time I'm hyper ventilating!!!

Dex walks out and I'm like wwww ww w well done Dex, congratulations man, he says thanks man. So he goes in whips his top off and they're filming. I'm training back and I notice Jay getting filmed also. Then this fikin shadow walks past, its the WOLF, he's fuckin huge!! and he's been seriousely eating you ca see he has a stomach full.

After a while I've dome pulldowns and single arm and I move to T Bar, opposite WOLF is getting filmed doing incline bench on one of those free moving smiths or whatever. I've brought my video ca I bought from Fry's a few days earlier and I'm switching it on intermittently to catch D Wolf. He's fuking playing with 2 1/2 plates a side like6 seconds positive 4 seconds decent six rep sets for the camera with every muscle and sinu on show through the movement.

One of the mexicana crew spots me and waves me over yeah thats right beckons me over, Dennis gives me a thumbs up and a wink, I've got the video on and I say, 'you know wha Dennis the last time I had a waist that small I was 3 yrs old, he starts pissing himself laughing and one of the film crew says let me take the camera, I say let me do some compulsaries with Dennis! Blam! I hit a lat spread Dennis is like thats good, he hits one right next to mine, then I do side chest, he follows, then I do front double bis, get the fuck outa here mine are about 19" and I looked like a fukin baby. I thanked him and he was the coolest guy ever I promiss you that guy is so nice and a good laugh too.

Before I went I got Ja and Dex to sign a Golds Gym cap, Jay took off in his Porshe Cayenne pimped to pieces, I'm still completely overwhelmed, I don't think this trip could have been any better

Yeah, he seriously has probably the most muscle mass relative to height B but we all know that is not what bodybuilding is about. He naturally has a slightly thicker waist than norm but also ridiculousely wide clavicles for his height. I feel a bit sorry for him since its becuase he's chased Ronnie for so many years he looks the way he does.

LOL when I got him to sign my cap he was in the changing rooms and Dex was being photograped while Jay was waiting, he was blowing some shit from his nose and when he turned around there I was asking for a signiture. In the end I was waiting for a cab outside and they were filming Dex and Jay walking to the car, I switched my camera on and I could here Jay saying ..... freaking me out... and he stomped off, I thought they may be talking about me so I switched my caera off and put my signed ca over it before they thought I was weird or something:rofl:
