dont have kids and not married but i am a guy. you know me so i will just give it to ya straight, dont take it personal. a pregnant women is just not something that gets a guy going. its not very attractive. as cold as it sounds, you are mom now as apposed to wife. have to give it some time.

Can one of you guys who are married and have kids please explain to me why some of you feel "weird" about having sex with your wife when she's pregnant?

I had a cyst early in pregnancy, so sex was restricted. Then my belly started to grow, and now my husband says he feels too weird to have sex with me. I already feel as sexy as a footstool, so the fact that he doesn't want to makes it even worse. What is the issue? I mean, I know that he knows it really doesn't poke the baby in the head. So what is it? Why are guys so freaked out by this? He said he would do it, but he would have to close his eyes- WTF?!?!? Like that helps!?!?
