Processed foods will definately increase your risk of getting colon cancer, but it isn't the only factor involved in people developing colon cancer. Not just colon cancer, but also diseases like diverticulitis and crohns disease.

both of which come from eating a bunch of shit food.

our bodies are almost always perfect machines if they are maintained properly and given the correct fuel. just like a car, if you get sand in the tank, the system needs to be flushed and drained.. same thing.. dont feed yourself "sand".

I think it's fair to say that WE should eat healthier so that our bodies function better...But we're not "designed" by any means...If anything, we're "designed" to survive.
once again you take things completely out of context. we are not talking about simple survival. a car can still run if you go way over due for an oil change. it can still run if you drive it like shit etc.. BUT, it would run and last much longer if you took better care of it and treated it as DESIGNED.

our bodies are designed for a certain kind of fuel. yes, you can live off chocolate and tofu but its not optimal.

would you rather me give the wrong advice and tell you your body is designed to eat anything you put into it and everything will be fine and no matter what you eat, the outcome will always be the same?

sure, i eat junk food on occasion for cheat meals etc.. i can tell you that my shit the next day look nothing like it does when i am eating clean. all fucken slimy and sticky etc.. as opposed to solid and much less stinky. most of the time when i wipe my ass, nothing is even there to wipe. that is a sign of healthy shit. if you wipe your ass and shit is all over the paper, your shit is to sticky and slimy.

I get what you're saying, I've just never really wanted to have anything sucked out of my ass. I know this is REALLY close minded, but it seems to gay.

our digestive systems are not designed to eat shit like gummy bears, guar gum, various preservatives and additives, carbonated drinks etc..

we are designed to eat, root vegetables, meats of different kinds, water, grains, etc..
agreed - but getting cleaned out every 5 years makes your system that much better -

hell todd doesnt touch any junk food bro - i mean nothing ! eats clean everyday of the year and doesnt understand why anyone would take in cheat meals etc etc -- his idea of a cheat meal is an extra peace of ezekiel bread

but still gets it done every 5 years for its overall health benefits
