    I like to push myself to see what I can endure, which is one of the reasons I really like weight training. It's not a team sport, any success or failure is totally on you and you alone.

    Test yourself, see what you're made of and you'll come out the other side stronger for it.

      Number one mistake most people make with diets is this.

      YOUR NOT GETTING ENOUGH CALORIES.

      This hold especially true with caloric sparse vegetables such as zuchinni and brocolli.

      i.e. my meal last night was perfectly 40/30/30 carb/protien/fat


      a 4 block meal using Zone Standards

      6 oz of grilled salmon
      1 and 1/3 cup of cooked sauteed zucchini (this was almost 2 cups raw)
      2 cups of strawberries
      a large salad with 2 tbspoons of ranch

      this was a massive quantity of food, but not alot of calories. It is a huge misconception on how many carbs you are truly eating, and you usually end up eating too few carbs, hence the hunger.
