Blogger pages DO populate in the organic listings of search engines. The real question is... did you introduce the search engines to your site? Because if you did not... they have no idea that it is there.

incorrect, the way search engines work now you dont need to "submit" your links the way you did in past years. google will find them just the same and just as fast.

and show me some blogger pages that pull up when you type in search terms. because i have never seen them.
