i mean people with those phones that get the 50ft cord extension, so they can walk around their living room talking. Thats why we have cordless phones.Originally posted by Pastafarian View PostYou mean like a pay phone or a phone at a place of business ?
Pay phones are still around, they are really handy even today.
nope, not for another long time. I still use my land line to make calls. Better quality than cell phones, and I can save battery life on my cell.Originally posted by Pastafarian View PostWould you consider home land lines (phone) obsolete? I haven't had one in about 9 years.

lol... people in the ghetto that don't have house phones nor cell phones.
Also works where cell phones don't get reception. Also, if your battery is dead and your car is on the side of the road.
Just saying, they will be in existence for a while.
