Do you have any rundll problems when you first boot your computer ? When was the last time you defragged ? Have you run a "restore" in the last 1-2 months?
Ya i have done all that. Im pretty sure its just a setting in hotmail or media centre i need to change. It only happens with some attachments. As soon as i click on it, windows media centre opens up.

Okay, I was really just making sure that some of your .dll's weren't fucked/gone somebody had slipt in the back door somehow... seriously dude I have read about 50 different posts about IE and this EXACT problem, some people have it w/javascript errors some people can't d/l .doc's all with the same error. IE is just awful so I'm glad you found a good browser that works.

false, chrome is not beta anymore. you can install a beta version if you want but its not the main download.

and yes, it was installed correctly.

Firefox is better. Chrome loads quicker in XP in my experience tho.

I've only seen chrome run on XP.. like I said I really got turned of by first wave of vista.. on XP it ran great, I really don't know too much about the security of it with it's interactions with servers whereas I would pay for firefox in those regards... def interested to learn more tho esp w/the google OS on it's way should be interesting to see what other apps they start investing time into.

I just found it odd that it crashes, I never experienced that. Like I said, firefox has and will always be my favorite.

You want odd? I used to have a mouse / os interaction that would literally crash aim/firefox if I tried to use the scroll button on the mouse lol... I seriously had no idea where to begin w/that so I just scrapped the deal.
