Then I had my cyst and all that drama with the ER, and now holding at 233-236 depending on the day.

        *where*

thanks for the advice. I don't plan on starting until I have disciplined myself to follow one diet for 4 years straight. I did 2.5 years before failing, and I had amazing results. 225 at 14% bf, 33 inch waist. More vascular than now, and more definition.

Now I am big blob, haha

i would say you probably higher then 15% now. if you were much leaner at 14% then you proably around 20% now.

20% no thats too high. Its around 15-16, I have a POS scale that tells me. I don't follow it because its crazy.

One minute its saying 29 than 20, but it always averages around 15. So i sort of go off that. Let me get a reference picture posted

lol, i mean thats what i look like from the front as far as the ab definition is concerned. Its just I have a bigger everything. I don't have a defined 6 pack, and I don't have a fat gut. I have a gut yes, but the sides of my stomach have definition.

Got my height checked out and weight. One year ago i weighed in at 230, today at 233. Took my BP 142/70

After talking with him, he said you're very healthy and whatever you're doing keep it up. Asked a few question and asked if I had any concerns or not.

he than asked me if i was on steroids. I said NO, but i am thinking about using them. He just looked at me. I than proceeded to tell him that no long term health studies are shown that links steroids to death, and if so, where are the bodies? Where is the research to show that steroids lead to hardening of the arteries?

I said with proper usage, it will not do anything. Abuse on the other hand will kill you.

After talkin to him more, he said still you shouldn't do it because it isn't "natural"

Are you fucking kidding me? Thats his response, it isn't "natural"?

He is a smart guy, but when it comes to even to supplement usage he doesn't agree with it.

My question is, how many primary care physicians are tools like this dude?
Bro never tell you doc you are gonna use steroids and there is no need to talk with him about it either. you already know he knows nothing like most. you can get pretty good info right here.

If you ever admit to using steroids for a non medical purpose and something happens down the line you insurance can use that against you. Blaming the steroids on your problem.

The Doc knows nothing he dont need to know what you are doing. Only way I would ever tell the Doc anything if i was gonna die.

I was just hit without warning with that question. I don't know what crossed his mind to ask me.

Eventually i would have to tell my doctor if i using steroids or not. It can help them with a diagnosis of a health problem.

I am not using them anyway, so i am good.

No please dont. If you tell your doc his diagnosis of your problems will always be cuz of steroids.

Know the steroids you choose to use good and bad side effects and all this is very important. Most just do research on the results they will get and them come post a question like "how come I have gyno when on tren and I am using nolva and L-dex" (in case you didnt know tren dont convert to estrogen its progestrone you have to worrie about)

Come on you are a chemistry guy, you know that testosterone shit isn't natural.

I am glad that tons of Americans are all hopped up on natural shit like Lexapro, Paxil, Prozac, Hydrocodone, Soma, Oxycontin, Ambien. It is good that these doctors are telling you the evils of suck a dangerous thing as steroids.

Dos he write the shit down document your usage?
You will see if and hopefully if never happens but if you ever have a serious issue big dollar expence watch your insurance fuck you over it. Your Doc wont give a shit hes not paying.

No need to tell him "most" wouldnt know how to fix a issue anyways!
Now if a serious issue came up and you are sure he needs to know then tell him. But I cant see any issue that your doc would need to know you are on.

There have to be good doctors you can talk to about this kind of stuff. There are side effects and its always good to have a first hand second opinion. You can't tell me that you think that is bad, can you? I understand what you are saying, but has no one here (sans Rado) had a good doctor that will talk to them about AAS?
