agreed. that harpoon is brutal. seeing the whale pod trying to run from the kill ships and trying to get air only to be harpooned and take 25 minutes to die. makes me sick.

630 this morning. I still go to the gym as much as my job allows. At the very least 3 days a week. If I can't make it to the gym I do pull ups, push ups, or some kind of dumb bell work out to at least keep the momentum.

Is my goal to be a muscle head, gain all kinds of weight, and make the gym my life...no not at all. However, being healthy for me, my wife, and my kids (future) is a priority and not something I will just throw away. Despite what you 'think' you know. ;)
