What about the afterlife? I mean the concept of eternity is somewhat weird and scary. Forever, doesn't seem possible. I mean, it just doesn't make sense.

Some people believe in reincarnation so there is no eternity, you die and come back, die and come back, die and come back. :thumup:
I do believe in god but I also believe that all he does is creates everything including humans and he dumps us here on earth. You know how I know he doesn't wanna get involved with our problems? Because he never shows up. I don't give a shit how many people claims to talk to him on daily basis he is not around period.
What I like to see is god showing up every decade or so and getting on an international live TV broadcast and telling people that he is working on stuff like restoring the peace on earth or curing AIDS or whatever, like president does. I mean how would you feel that after electing a president you never ever heard from him? imagine after electing him country went in to the shit hole like a war started like the many countries around the world or economy collapsed, hospitals closed how would you feel? Would you ask where is my president?
Well guess what all that shit happening around the world right now, people are dying, children are getting kidnapped and raped and killed.
Where is god how come he is not around to fix all that?
