Phil Heath looks best to me. dexter dosent beat him in anything.

I can see where you coming from in the sense that Cutler has certain restrictions, wether genetic or self induced over the years he's never gonna have a 28'' waist, whereas guys like Dex are freaky in proportions.

But for me he has done excellent with his conditioning, his waist looks tight and he is probably as dense a physique as well as wide, his shoulders are so wide they make up for that chunky waist, but the waist looks solid, conditioned and powerful. Overall he's probably at least as thick as Kai, but better conditioned, his size kills Heath stone dead.

Its between him and Dex at the moment for me and one thing you gotta say is you cant doubt Cutlers heart, 2x Mr O then loses it to Dex, where to go from there?

He comes back better than ever fighting for the title back, I'm well impressed with him, changed diet, changed training really tried it all

I'm saying its Dex or Jay, those pics above are compelling WHEN THEY ARE SEPERATE, but stand those guys next to each other and its not the same thing.

I think genetics determine shape and yes Jay has a sliightly thicker waist but massive shoulders to compensate, some of the black guys keep a smaller waist (although DJ struggles) and generally have good arms, certain charactersitics specific and typical of genetics no doubt, the Jap guy is smaller and great shape, short arms but look great.

FACT - Kai is missing side dealt and it ruins the illusion on stage and he's not in condition like he needs to be

Did I say Heath was bigger and shaplier than Dex? He's not shaplier IMO and to be honest while Dex is slimmer than Cutler, stand him next to a none wide guy like Heath and theres not a whole lot in it except Dex has that fantastic abs and intercostals and tie inns that exagerate the rest of his body and he smokes Heath.

Different physique types have different angles of attack;

Dex - short, small boned, big thigh flare, great proportion, great shape, big arms and enough mass that those other attributes don't get too diluted.

Heath - great muscle bellies, great shape

Jay - density, condition, maturity

Heath doesn't get between Dex and Jay

Jay has done amazing, I thought he was done after last year but he's come back better than I've ever seen him at 36.
