Did I say Heath was bigger and shaplier than Dex? He's not shaplier IMO and to be honest while Dex is slimmer than Cutler, stand him next to a none wide guy like Heath and theres not a whole lot in it except Dex has that fantastic abs and intercostals and tie inns that exagerate the rest of his body and he smokes Heath.

Different physique types have different angles of attack;

Dex - short, small boned, big thigh flare, great proportion, great shape, big arms and enough mass that those other attributes don't get too diluted.

Heath - great muscle bellies, great shape

Jay - density, condition, maturity

Heath doesn't get between Dex and Jay

Jay has done amazing, I thought he was done after last year but he's come back better than I've ever seen him at 36.

eeeaaaaghh, yeah a little, my cards are on the table now, like I said I see it as very close (talking about the judges opinion now) evidenced by them getting called together, so they already know what they think at the moment.

Even from what I saw it was clear Dex was gettig harder as the replays progressed, Cutler held what he already had. Dex could come in even sharper tonight and as the night progresses.

Cutler did improve from pre judge to finals last year but this year he came in dialed at Pre j.

I'm really interested what the judges do and I'm glad its not one guy and then the rest like with Dorian and Ronnie
