Sorry, to hear it Frank. I can't imagine having to go more than a couple days without seeing my baby.

But, think of your kids- at least they don't have to be witness to you & your wife not getting along anymore.

Just make sure the ALWAYS know, the split had NOTHING to do with them. As Mr. I said, this is a great opportunity for you to grow, try new things, etc.

I am seeing so many guys in the gym lately that are in their 40's, got married early, now split from their wives, living in a small flat and living a healthy busy life and absolutely loving it. Just because she jilted you don't mean you can't be as happy mate.

Don't go out and get drunk loads, or do things that will leave you pissed off, be healthy, get your rest, work, do the gym and maybe pick up a weekend hobby, don't they have crappy league baseball over there,I'd love to do that, just get yourself some outside interest, don't become a drip or I'll come over there and hit you with a wet fish. Your bound to be a lil slow and down for a bit but in good time you have a responsibility to yourself to pick up and get on with it all, life is for having fun mate, don't dwell on past, be the fun guy that the kids can't wait to see

I am so sorry to hear that brother. I know how it feels to be away from your kids and it is not easy but hopefully they are not moving to far so you'll get to see them pretty often.

damn. i'm sure you won't be able to adjust fully but you'll find a way to cope. i'm assuming you'll still have quality time with your kids so that is something to look forward to.

    Well the day has come

So tomorrow my wife and kids move into their new house. Seriously, never been so sad my entire life. I gave her everything except our bedroom furinture. She has had most of her stuff packed for awhile. Its crazy just seeing all the empty nails on the walls and shit. I have learned so much about life the past couple months. Its going to be so hard to go from seeing my kids everyday and playing with them helping with homework or just chilling playing some wii together to seeing them part time. Nothing I can do about it I guess so hopefully things get better, they cant get any worse!
