I stopping doing bulks. I am up to 239ish. 242 last monday. From now one, my goal is back to 220-225 but as lean as I can possibly get. Hold that figure for a year straight, and than juice.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postif you bulking, eating a burger isnt bad. just cut out fries and soda and shit.
Gonna take your advice on starting a cycle lean, like you said, better results when you're lean.

trust me, you arent done doing bulks. you are just in the cutting frame of mind. it is easy to put down the idea of bulking. once you get lean and cut for awhile you will start thinking "hmm, i should get huge now". its a never ending cycle! :DOriginally posted by dna9488 View PostI stopping doing bulks. Ya, I have to be in that state of mind for now. Over the years I learned my body. If I want to bulk, eat 400g of protein in everyday through any means necessary.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posttrust me, you arent done doing bulks. you are just in the cutting frame of mind. it is easy to put down the idea of bulking. once you get lean and cut for awhile you will start thinking "hmm, i should get huge now". its a never ending cycle! :D
Like my meals would be like this:
Meal 1: 6 eggs (3 white, 3 whole), 2 pieces of multi-grain bread
Meal 2: Post workout 50g whey, 50g Maltodextrin
Meal 3: 10oz chicken, 7oz brown rice, 4oz mixed vege's
Meal 4: 10oz beef, 5oz sweet potato, 4oz mixed vege's
Meal 5: 10oz chicken, handful of almonds & peanuts, 4oz mixed vege's
Meal 6: 50g whey protein shake, 5oz natural peanut butter
Did this and 2 months later, 30 pounds heavier.
If i wasn't hungry in between meals, I'd force it down anyway.
Now if I add in burgers, cheesesteaks, fries, etc...
Imagine what I'll be like haha...

My workouts are even more intensified. When I head back to the locker room to drink my shake, I get blurred vision, heavy sweat, tunnel vision, can't hear right, and than the room goes black slowly and 15min later I am fine. Happens a few times a week.
And for the results, they are there.
