    What it really comes down to for me though is my over all health and fitness. I can realistically obtain and sustain that body type for the rest of my life and be better off for it. I couldn't stay 5'10", 280 well into my 60's and enjoy the things I do while being really healthy.

    Just look at the guys still around like Bill Pearl, Boyer Coe, Lee Haney etc....they are still in great shape for their age and in good health, but they didn't try to keep all the mass they once had.
