I would think it should, but im not certain. Air filters are always easy to replace/ install. Even the after market ones.

Well a little more than that. Alot of times you just need to take off the old filter housing which is easy then attach the new filter by screwing it on the end of the hose with a bracket or clamp. Won't take more than 20 mins.
