This is the last time I am using alltheywhey and the last time any of my friends will. I placed an order on January 28. I ordered 40lbs, so I gave them time to get it to me. About three weeks later, I started sending emails. I have now sent them 4 emais and called them once. I have not received a return call or email. I did receive a mass mail saying they were delayed because of the snow, but never anything in response to my order. I am very disappointed and will not be utilizing their products again.

I ordered right around the same time. I ordered 20 pounds. It looks like I should receive my order tomorrow. They ran that special and didn't realize how many orders were going to be placed. As long as I know upfront that it will take a month to get my order I’m fine with it. It was an awesome deal but definitely had to wait too long.

Thats strange. I haven't ordered from them recently because they jacked up their prices sky high. Before they were real good about sending products on time.

They told me they jacked their prices up because they are distributing their products to other sites (bodybuilding.com & others) for sale. Makes sense but then why do they still sell their product at their website and still run promotions from time to time?? Great product but not sure why they’re doing what they’re doing.

Well a few months ago, I would buy their 5lb refill bag of Whey Isolate for $45 shipped. Now that shit is $67.68 shipped. They also stopped free shipping under $35. So if i order my maltodextrin, 5lb will be $18 shipped. Not a bad price, but i rather have paid $11 shipped.
