      The beauty of paying with a credit card is I can dispute the charge. I have not received my whole order. So they have not fufilled their end of the transaction

                They didn't even send my full order, screw the extra goodies. I don't see how you can "forget" to send 20lbs of protein. Its not something you can misplace

                  i dont think its forgetting as much as it is them being way behind and making many mistakes while under pressure.

                      i think if you're going to run a company that is going to offer quality products you have to back it up with quality customer service. best customer service i've encountered (via phone and email) is nokia's service hotline.

                              I'm still waiting for mine too. I was told that it would arrive last Thursday. I placed the order back in Jan. I called on Friday but was unable to reach anyone. I called yesterday and was told the CS rep was not in and that I would get a call as soon as he arrived at 10am. I called back in at noon and was told the CS rep was out at lunch and if I sent him an email he would reply as soon as he returned. I called back in at 4pm and was unable to reach anyone. Very poor service.
