The beauty of paying with a credit card is I can dispute the charge. I have not received my whole order. They didn't even send my full order, screw the extra goodies. I don't see how you can "forget" to send 20lbs of protein. I'm still waiting for mine too. I was told that it would arrive last Thursday. I placed the order back in Jan. I called on Friday but was unable to reach anyone. I called yesterday and was told the CS rep was not in and that I would get a call as soon as he arrived at 10am. I called back in at noon and was told the CS rep was out at lunch and if I sent him an email he would reply as soon as he returned. I called back in at 4pm and was unable to reach anyone. Very poor service.
