                    i do it for a few reasons -- competing , size , looks , and most of all stress relief -- i love pounding the iron bro -- sound of the plates , smell of the gym i love everything about training

                      It keeps me in balance; all the small things start to build up and and it puts me in a bad mood; the gym lowers my level of anger right down.

                        I do it for many reasons: I like to look good to not only my wife but it is always nice when others of the opposite sex compliment you (ego boost)
                        I like when I get out of bed and the aches I feel are actual muscle soreness and not just my creaking joints.
                        I like to have my "own" thing. I like being able to go to the gym and basically feel like I am right at home. It gives me a satisfied feeling when I get done and think about what I have accomplished from each workout.
