Girl in gym

So I am sure this topic has be discussed over and over but here we go:

There is this girl in I gym, I see her in there everyday who is just my type; dark haired Italian girl in excellent shape. I have never seen her talking with anyobdy at the gym just does her thing and goes on her way. So I couple times we have made eye contact and I notice her looking at me; blah,blah,blah. My question specifically for the ladies is this a case of she is interested or she is looking at me cuz I looked at her?

Supplemental info; multiple times she had ended up coming to workout on equipment next to the stuff I am using and it not the case of that is the only piece of equipment for that exercise in the gym ; she could have gone to others.

Well, yesterday she started using the piece of equipment right next to me and it had a bunch of 45lb plates on it and I saw her struggling so I just asked if she wanted help and she said sure, we had just some pointless banter and that was the end of it. Think I should engage her again, or is this my imagination at work?

Who cares if its your imagination. If you like her talk with her again. Just dont be that guy that walks up and starts to throw his rap. Have normal talk with her and she if she leads you in a certain direction. Funny is the key to chicks,lol just make sure its funny and not retarded.

as for saying anything to her, definitely talk to her. if she's making eye-contact with you it means she's interested and not 100% fixated on working out, especially if she comes near you.

here's another hint, if she's wearing a sports bra by itself with workout bottoms then definitely approach her. she's an attention-seeking workout chick.

Absolutely talk to her. She is giving you some pretty strong signals that she wants you to strike up a conversation. A friend of mine kept doing pretty much the same thing..and they guy thought he was hot shit, so never talked to her...and niether did she. Now, she wouldn't give him the time of day, so you have a time limit on your window of opportunity. ;)
