I don't know what it is, but in the past I never cared to talk to anyone in the gym. The gym is for working out and that's it, I am there to maximize my workout and go along my day. I don't see it as a place to "hang out" or "pick up women" Leave that shit for clubs, bar, etc...

I have encountered numerous occasions where i am doing cardio and every equipment is free, and some chick will come up next to me. She stares at me, smiles, whatever, I look forward and listen to my music.

I remember this one time, this girl came next to me on the eliptical, 5 minutes into her cardio she looked at me and stared for about 30 seconds straight. I didn't look at her, after a minute i heard a "ugh..." and she got off and walked away, lol.

Like i said bro, i have a goal in a gym, i stick to it and i cannot have a distraction.


But if you're interested in her, see if you can catch her entering or leaving the gym. Talk to her and ask for her number. If you can't catch her like that, than man up and talk to her in between sets or something. Good luck :)
