Plank : > 3 minutes. Great
Pushups: > 45. Great
Bodyweight Squats: > 100 Great
Lower Body Flexibility: > 45 degrees with leg straight. Great
Standing Stork: > 1 minute. Great
Joint Mobility: Didn't understand what they were talking about
400m speed: Never tested it - don't know.
Distance in 30 min. 4.14 miles. Good.
Step ups: Never tested HR with this.
Overall, not bad. Need more speed, but I knew that already... :(
