i am all for the golden age of bodybuilding, you guys know how much i love arnold. but the fucken vacuum pose never did anything for me. to me it looks sickly, like how some skinny old mans stomach would look like. just not a fan of that shit.

I say bullshit, the gh gut seemed to have correlated with the dorian, nasser era and from there. To me it came with the all out persuit of mass and extreeme heavy lifting relative to their capabilities and extreem eating. A similar thing can be observed with Rado at this time and he has never used GH. Also synonomous is the bubble but, and again Rado is a perfect example of incorrect eating plan, poor egotistycal form etc
