DVR Alert! - Top Gear America airing Nov 21st

I deleted my DVR of episode 3 about halfway through. I really couldn't take it anymore. I will record one more episode and I am going to give up on this show. The dialogue has just been unbearably akward so far. The celebrity interviews make me cringe too.

But since I switched to Directv I now get BBC so I can watch to original Top Gear episodes! :thumup:

Caught it last night. The moonshine bit was ok, I laughed twice..maybe.

BBC TG Guys seem like much better drivers to me, dunno why. The driving I saw last night was just blah.

The "famous" people thing is STUPID. The entire idea is lame, but damn at least get call it notfamous if you are going to have that guy on there.

So this past show with the $1000 junker cars was a good idea and it was mildly entertaining but the interactions between the guys just are not funny. Its completely forced humor.

The things they were doing with these old cars was decent enough but it didnt feel like a "road trip" at all. It felt like they showed up at each set piece and filmed what they needed.

Good idea but overall executed poorly.

No need to mention any other segments of th show because they were all bleh.

Why the fuck dont they let Tanner fly around the track in one of the super cars and review it like jeremy does on British top gear? Granted tanner isnt as funny but he is a helluva lot better driver.

Anyway, overall this last show gets a D -, saved from a complete F because some of the scenes made me laugh a bit.

Ya when they were filming the aston in the flats it just lookded good same when the V10 was in that old mill that car was hot.

I have Comcast; but I don't have any premium packages. Maybe it is up in the high numbers so I never looked for it.

Alot of the ones too where they have challenges with building cars and such are good too.
