I've been running 4 miles as well at around 8mn pace...Damn I remember when we use to run 10-15miles at 7mn pace back in high school lol...and those were light days for us...Good job though!

Dude, I remember doing 12 miles with a 35 lb ruck , LBE, rifle and a Kevlar in 2 hrs 20 min...LOL... that crap would kill me now..LMAO
