Little sausage things I think. Pretty gay.
My mom made them when I was young, just entered my mind the other day. I also wanted to make this chipotle BBQ sauce.

No, they are just miniature sausages.
I made a reuben casserole last night. Great cheat food and easy!

I layered in a 9x13 pan --
6 slices of marbled rye, cubed - toasted it in the oven a bit while it was preheating
Then ~22 oz of sauerkraut, drained
3/4 lb of corned beef, cut into strips (mine came from the deli, not the packaged kind)
~1.5 cups of 1000 Island drizzled all over
Spray foil and cover. Cook at 400 for 20 mins. Take foil off and sprinkle about 2+ cups of shredded Swiss cheese. With foil off, cook another 10 mins.
Voila, delish :)
