thats the thing with the list, in some cases it is listing "miserable" cities because the city itself is just a complete fucken failure like Detroit.

Arizona doesn't have front yards. I was in escrow on a house in Havasu once. Thank god it didnt go through the value took a huge dump. Besides you wouldn't be able to deal with 120 degree summers.

Anywhere along the Mogollon Rim is freaking awesome. Tucson and Flagstaff are really nice. Phoenix is a dump.
