I know you don't switch like me B, so are you keeping the One X for 2 years? I think I will use my October upgrade and get the One X (even if something with better specs is out, trying to be cheap as possible), and due to school I must keep it for 2 years basically. No extra money laying around to semi flip phones every 6 months. Sometimes the deal works in my favor, and a few times I pay, but I have been doing a 4-6 month flip for years. Time to end the sickness.

I think the One X would serve me good for 2 years.
Yea Bro, I dont have any plans on getting a new phone until my contract is up in 2 years and i quilify for a new phone.

something else you will be glad to hear is that i have dropped my htc on my wooden floors about 10 times so far with no issue. the way its desigend with the unibody polycarbonte that sort of cradles the screen its a damn strong phone.

yea like turbo said, ebay. i sold my 2 year old 3gs for $155 something and bought the One X for $150.

check out ebay, you will be amazed at what people pay even for phones with scratches etc..

I am no noob. I have had Samsung craptivate and HTC inspire which both run android. Time to go back to droid, I hear that the battery life is actually good with the One X. My inspire had horrible batt life.

i have to charge it every night but i am a pretty heavy user. i wish i could turn the screen off when i am listening to music on youtube, thats what drains the battery the most. i couldnt turn the screen off with youtube on the iphone either.

the screen is super bright so you can get away with screen brightness being set pretty low. i can see the screen fine in the car even with screen set this low.

              • BS... they rolled out 3G here before everywhere else. Seattle and Portland have always been one of the early test beds for new tech because, well we are just cooler than most other places..

This is the first time, Portland has not been in the mix early... do not like.

Star Chart is even better; for a couple bucks it's worth it, imo. For the novice astronomer wanna-be (like myself); it overlays images over constellations and make sit easier to identify what your looking at. Either way, at the very least google sky is a must have (agreed).
