B, I know you probably have mixed feelings here, and for that I understand why this was probably a tough decision. You have pretty much always stood up for Rado, against everyone else's understanding. I finally "get" that he obviously has a lot of problems/issues, and probably needs friends now more than ever. Unfortunately, he acts out in a way that is impossible to handle from a distance. Everyone has issues in their life. However, when you deny them, lash out at others, and never accept fault or responsibility, things never change. We can't help people that aren't wiling to help themselves.

I sincerely hope that Rado can work through whatever is going on, and maybe even come back as a respectable member that we can all get along with. You've said it a hundred times, you know he's a good guy deep down.

This board is a pretty tight knit group, and there aren't' that many of us. When there's conflict, it makes for a very hostile environment. I'll be the first to admit I PM'd Rocket to tell him the crap between us drove me insane. I can't stand conflict.

no i think he realizes this is a bit of a different scenario. lets just say i lost my voice talking to him and i think he realizes that by acting like he has it causes trouble for me. the same person that has always been there for him. i think franks post put it in words best and i think it hit rado a bit and made him see how he is coming across.
