It's a fact. Nice comfortable springs and falls and cooler summer. Far more sunny 60's and 70's days then you during those seasons. Only season I would want to be in south is summer.

You guys forget I have experience in the south. Lived in Raleigh for a year. Hot as.hell.summer, hot spring, rainy fall and.winter.

Blm winter is horrendous in Chicago no doubt. But I swear to god we been here 3 months and 99% if.the.time it's clear sky's and a.constant breeze from lake.
