some images from earlier today down at the baltimore harbor. i went later in the evening so the lighting got really bad by the time i got to the last shot. Scrum, i'm still trying to figure out the kinks in lightroom but i'm definitely learning! it's amazing.

Not in RAW. At least I don't think so? I just point, adjust and shoot.Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostNice! Are you shooting in RAW?
It was ~30. There were a lot of people dressed like that but to be honest, it was a lot nicer. The temperature dropped around 6pm.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postgood pics! is that 1 kid walking around in a fucken tshirt? what was the temp?

If you are using Lightroom, start shooting in RAW. You can do so many more adjustments in RAW. For example, you can adjust light balance - don't have to worry about things like fluoroscent vs. incandescent lighting, etc. You can adjust for all that in post-processing.

Plus even when you start doing some heavy cropping you'll still have a good size image to work with when you wanna print.
High jpeg is around 5 to 6mb and the raw file is 20-22mb per picture. So you gonna need a bigger hard drive and an sd card.

That's what I was worried about. I'm going to have to get am external to work with. My laptop is nearing its 5 year mark. I'll be ordering a 1-2tb external tonight with a much larger SD card. I'll be in the market for a new laptop soon as well.

We all use image hosting sites. You can use imgur.com to post from your comouter directly or have a free account at Flickr or photobucket and use them.
I like flickr and photobucket. Photobucket has an awesome app for your phone that lets you upload and post image links from your phone.

I like the photobucket app as well. Set it to auto upload your phone pics when you take them.Originally posted by BEAST View PostWe all use image hosting sites. You can use imgur.com to post from your comouter directly or have a free account at Flickr or photobucket and use them.
