when is it time to stop being big?

    Maybe if I ever get big I could decide when it was time to be "normal". I still think if I was 250 and shredded that I would still find fault and believe that I wasn't big. It is a mental problem that most of us have, but at least we recognize it.

    I have changed my philosophy on working out after reading these sorts of threads the past couple of months. I was in the mindset that I had to always strive to lift heavy/low reps to gain muscle. I can imagine how good it must feel to go in gym and bust out lifts that leave most people in there amazed, but you only have one body and might as well treat it as good as possible. Thank you all for the insight I have obtained the past few months. I have upped my reps, lowered some weight, fixed my form, and dropped some exercises that basically did nothing other then give me small pains (flat bb bench).

      I'm going through a 'fuck it all' stage. I plan to trying to grow as much as I can for the next 10 years, when I hit 50 all going well I will re-evaluate the situation.

      Unlike you guys I havent run a proper cycle yet (last two online purchases were under-dosed).

      My main concerns, are picking up an injury as I know at 40+ injuries take longer to recover from, secondly BPH.
