If I was jones and had my whole camp organise around fighting a particular style opponent then that changed I'd say no way, if he losses his O goes and he only needs to lose another two and he's potentially out

Jones didnt take the fight on 8 days he was already done with his training camp for hendo. Sonnen was taking fight on 8 day notice when hendo got hurt. hendo and sonnen both wrestlers and hendo has more power in his hands but same type of fighter.

jones is def not being a pussy he is being told what to do and playing it safe. he looses he could loose a shit load of cash we dont know what he has in works sponcer wise. Nike just gave him a boat load maybe he has others and a loss could make it not so important anymore.

2 sides me personaly I took my first fight 6 days change of fighter. was suposed to fight a striker and swapped to wrestler. very huge difference and i still took fight and lost 29-28 so it does matter not so much for me as it is just fun for me I am to old to be serious and go for UFC or something. But not that way for Jones

then the other side is you are suposed to be best in world pound for pound ect getting a fight with a guy in no camp and lighter than you while you just had full camp. alot of low level fighters lost big time chances for being in UFC maybe TV paydays ect. as champ you are suposed to fight who ever they put in front of you.

i agree with you except i think hendo and chael fight much differently. you see hendo vs shogun not many wrestling moves. whereas chael is all wrestling and ground and pound top pressure and hip control. its amazing how good he is at it.
