  • Creep (2014)

Review: The title says it all. This movie is creepy as shit. The guy just gives you the fucken chills. Extremely well acted and original. A must see if you want something a little different and you want to be creped out.

      Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oquZifON8Eg

      I give a B-

The trailer looked a lot better and you see all the good scene's in the trailer. Its not as 'scary' as the trailer portrayed, but some parts made you jump a little. It wasn't bad, small twist in the movie, and the characters are interesting. Movie surprisingly isn't based heavy on the ghosts (it just seems that way). Based on the trailer, for me the movie was a let down. For being rated R they should have had some topless or better sex scenes. Movie is somewhat gruesome, and the bathroom murder scene was badass.

      • Hitman: Agent 47 (2015)

        Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7X8fCUMMVM

        Rating: B+

For the life of me, I don't know why they remade this one. I watched it thinking it was utter shit, but it actually was well done. It's different than the one that came out in 2007. Good twists in the movie, kept the action good, and the Audi RS7 was bad to the bone. Now I want to buy one lol. If you have any video game background on Hitman, this movie fits in perfectly with Syndicate. Everything else didn't match up, but it explains Syndicate and everything to do with it. No sex or much erotic scene's, mostly action. Few funny parts, mostly dry though. The actor that plays 47 (Rupert Friend) was the perfect fit, he nailed it better than Timothy Olyphant. I recommend watching it!

Going in, I thought this movie was going to be utter vomit. After watching it, I came to the conclusion of it being semi-crap. I didn't like the actor choice for Frank, seemed way too young. The women were hot in this movie and action was good. They picked the best action scene's from the previous Transporter films starring Jason Statom and remade them. I was not happy about that, made it seem cheesy and repetitive. The other action was alright, typical action like any other movie. The Audi S8 was awesome, big fan of the S8 (the ultimate getaway car). I wouldn't watch this ever again, one and done.

              • The new Point Break.....big F just like I expected.

I'm a huge fan of the original Point Break. Sure KR's acting is mediocre and the story has some holes, but it was a good story and PS was pretty awesome. I was sad to hear Hollywood was remaking such a great movie. It seems as if Hollywood doesn't have many original ideas anymore.

The Point Break remake is fucking awful. The pacing is terrible. The story is idiotic. I can't figure out if the guys are criminals or just Eco warriors. No character seems believable at all. Awful. Awful. Awful.

                • Good Will Hunting (1997)

Review: Somehow I had never seen this classic. Heard about it but never watched it. Decided to check it out because it's on Netflix. Great movie. Hit home a little bit about being able to open up to people for fear of being hurt yourself. Few parts were a bit predictable and maybe even a bit cheesy but I Imagine that's just the 1990's coming through. Overall great great movie.

Review: Finally saw this. One of the weaker X-Men IMO. The main villain was a bit lame somehow even though they tried to get across that he was "all powerful" it just never came across right. Not all bad but certainly not great.

                          • Hell or High Water-great movie. Same writer as Sicario.

The Man Who Knew Infinity-hmmm. I expected more from this movie. I like the lead actor, but I just don't think the story delivered. It doesn't fell like the writers could decide on which aspect to focus on.

I kinda liked it. It's a hard subject to communicate effectively, I think. My son loved it. He's got the same fascination with number theory as Ramanujan did.

i watched both movies based on your post.

high water was good but it was no sicario imo. good acting but a very straight forward story without any real surprises.

the man who knew infinity on the other hand i thought was brilliant. i bet you were half watching it and half playing with the baby or something because i cant believe you didn't find this movie amazing.
