I'm starting up some low impact cardio in the AM
Was curious how many of you guys train in the morning ? For me it's hard enough to make myself eat breakfast, i feel hella week so lifting would feel real foreign.
Please note this is not for you guys out there doin 2 a days for precontest etc - just for general routines. And if you lift in the AM how the hell do you get up for it and train as hard as say mid day ???
