I did a whole chicken butterflied on a charcoal grill, slow cooked until the skin was crispy. It was pretty killer.

:thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup:Originally posted by blm View PostTried a new jerk wet rub that was damn close to the authentic roadside jerk hut chicken I had and loved in Jamaica. Made snot run from my nose and had layers of deep flavors.
Washed it down with a white wheat beer a buddy recommended. Definitely one of the smoothest and tastiest beers I've ever had.

That Jerk Chicken rub is delicious. It is the best pre-made bottled rub that I have ever used. It really does taste authentic and the heat builds up to a nice fiery level. Great stuff BLM.
I ordered off Amazon, but found out a local store had it when I saw it in a friends refrigerator. Only problem was that he bought the mild version, but still tried to give the remainder to me stating that it was too hot. Jerk and the word mild should never be used in the same sentence.
I spread it over some chicken cutlets, let it sit for a day, and then put on the grill last night.
Great stuff. :thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup:

Had some half decent jerk chicken and steak in Mexico, I was surprised. I'm just waiting for it to warm up here a bit more before I try this. Would freeze my ass off grilling right now.Originally posted by Turbo3000 View Post:thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup:

I like Blonde's too :)Originally posted by FitnessBrat View PostEh, I don't really care for Belgian beers. They all have that same taste and I just don't love it. Leffe Blonde is probably the one I liked the most.
I'd try it but im also not a huge fan of Belgium beers. My brother gets a hard on over those beers and like St. Bernardus the best.
