    I did a whole chicken butterflied on a charcoal grill, slow cooked until the skin was crispy. It was pretty killer.

            Actually I think the sauce is bold enough to brush it on as well.

              I've never had it before. I do like spice but I'm not so sure about "snot running" spice. :P

                That Jerk Chicken rub is delicious. It is the best pre-made bottled rub that I have ever used. It really does taste authentic and the heat builds up to a nice fiery level. Great stuff BLM.

                I ordered off Amazon, but found out a local store had it when I saw it in a friends refrigerator. Only problem was that he bought the mild version, but still tried to give the remainder to me stating that it was too hot. Jerk and the word mild should never be used in the same sentence.

                I spread it over some chicken cutlets, let it sit for a day, and then put on the grill last night.

                Great stuff. :thumup::thumup::thumup::thumup:

                  Glad to hear it. Try it on some bone in w/skin chicken thighs. The dark meat absorbs the flavor so well and the skin gets nice and crispy. Definitely one of my favorite off the shelf rubs.

                    I looked for it at Publix because the website says some carry it. No go.

                      My Publix doesn't have it either.

                      Just had the leftovers for lunch. I want to put it on everything.

                        Had some half decent jerk chicken and steak in Mexico, I was surprised. I'm just waiting for it to warm up here a bit more before I try this. Would freeze my ass off grilling right now.

                          I like Blonde's too :)

                          I'd try it but im also not a huge fan of Belgium beers. My brother gets a hard on over those beers and like St. Bernardus the best.
