Ok you guys know i am old I been lifting weights for 23-24 years pretty much non stop other than the 3-4 years when I was fighting. some of that time i lifted a lil weights but mostly plymetrics ect.
I have not lifted since that last pic was posted and then I was only lifting for a few weeks so pretty much close to a year with no real training or diet.
been back 2 days lifting weights and it sucks ass everything is heavy and I just dont like it.
I am sure if I get past 2-3 weeks it will be normal again but the first few weeks gonna suck.
fuck a diet I wont even bother right now maybe in a few months same with drugs (other than my 150mgs PW)
In my 20+ years this is first time such a long lay off before most I would do is a month maybe 2 in 20+ years,lol
not looking forawd tolegs and that used to be my favorite thing its gonna hurt body and mental as I will be weak and oh the few days after lol
