Just stretch everyday after warming up your muscles.
My flexibility is not good, but stretching does help. Some guys are naturally very flexible and can pull off moves that look insane.
ya i am like a stiff bord! I tell everyone you better strech. no one listens just like I didnt,lol
I honestly kick like a mule (my best weapon) but I can only leg kick i cant even body kick,lol head kick never in a million years not even on midgets like Rado,lol
if I had body kick in my arsenal that would be huge.
