You've got B&W, one of the best speaker companies in the world right there in your backyard, so forget about this Samsung crap. Get their Panorama 2 sound bar - real audiophile quality stuff.

For consumer grade stuff, at least get Denon or Marantz or something like that. It's a step up from the cheapo quality stuff.

Ok the Marantz is £800 which is too much, the Denon DHT T100 is way cheaper at like £250 so by the sounds if it if that can decode dolby digital then thats the one. Philips and yamaha do ones for about £400 but they're not loads better than denon then yhe T100 could be the one.
