Otherwise, if u can prove u hunt, rifle allowed only on license, ic you shot birds or rabbits a shotgun is allowed but not multi shot just SbS UO etc.

There is a weakness in that protocol I admit as it can only work retrospective I.e. if someone has "known" issues.

Over here, in order to get a license, (ive had both firearns and shotty licenses previousely) the police, before issuing one, require written statement from your dictor to say you have no history of mental illness
