Looking lean. Does the leanness effect your strength?
No idea, I never lift anywhere near a max. Everything I do is 12-15 rep range, 4 sets. Would I be stronger and be able to do more weight at a higher bf%.. I'm sure.
Cardio just keeps me feeling good. It's the diet that is the real "secret" so to speak. Most people just aren't willing or can't eat like I do. It's not easy to do consistently. Every time I try to change things up a bit and move away from chicken and oats the results are not as good. Chicken breast and oats mixed with craisens is literally all I eat aside from a 2 meal cheat day where I eat anything I want on Saturday.
