Thats about the same stats as Dennis Wolf when he took the Arnold Classic.
I'll leave it there
Yeah, I think about that, and it sucks. If I were to use a seo, I could blow up my muscles, and it wouldn't add too much weight, but I'd look way bigger. I won't tell you what contest but I did a national contest recently, so it's documented. My write up said I was peeled, had shredded glutes, but that I didn't have the best of lines. I have a 37' waist when I'm diced, so I'm thick thru the middle, and it takes away from my v. I weighed in once at a contest at 280, and the guy weighing me looked at Jay Cutler, and said,"he's got some meat on him huh" I took 2nd in the supers, but looked like a bloated mess.
Funny thing is, I know Bouncer looks "better" then me according to 90% of the population. He looks healthy and lean and I'd love to look like that if I quit using a bunch of stuff and stopped competing. I was skinny growing up and played soccer and tennis, so when I started lifting I've always tried to get bigger. I'm not sure what I want to do now, as I've reached all my goals in competition. Another thing, I had no idea how soft I had gotten until I took those pics yesterday. Maybe I'll do som e cardio today.
Just set up ur camera or phone with auto timer on. I set mine on bathroom mirror for my avatar, works well once u find the right spot. Or you can just crop your head out of the photo before uploading. You do look great by the way bro
Thankyou fellas, I really appreciate it.I wasn't shooting for a compliment, I was just coming back at bouncer for saying I lls. Then again, I've been told that before after showing my pics:grin:

Its funny how taking pics keeps you honest. Same with me. Its almost like its easy to lie to yourself when you just look in mirror.
