Let me clarrify what I mean, hyper responders like freeman and dex are exceptional and also vastly experienced in their own bodies. They also pay huge attention to health and remain in great condition year round. They also have built huge muscle density and have time to stay ontop of it and do cardio etc

They are the exception. All too often you get guys nit top tier and who nevef will be going to desperate extremes. If your not pro by mid 20s id say its not a goer, and if your not top 3 in pro shows by 30, its probably also a sign to leave

One thing with Matarazzo is he did blame steroids for his health. Guys like Prince and Morris both blame painkillers. Seems like a lot of these guys end up with other addictions.

I would like to think you can run some test and deca and still be pretty healthy. I think stuff like Tren and orals are what will fuck you up over the long term. Look at what tren does to your lipids, kidney function etc.

Blood pressure and cholesterol are the main things to watch. Like Morris said that's the stuff that creeps up on you. You have high blood pressure for years and that is eating away at your heart and kidneys. I currently take cialis or blood pressure. People shouldn't be concerned about acne and gyno and hairloss. That's the least of your problems. Worry about the shit you can't see that will affect you in 20 years.

If you took hrt dose of test and gh I don't think you could expect any health issues unless you had genetic reactions to thoss exogenous synthetic media, the hormones themselves shouldn't pose any risk at thst level putting you in the high side of normal.

Thats what all the retired pro's are doing now

I know for me anything above 250mgs a week raises my bp. When I'm off it is perfect at 120/80.
If it goes up it's not an issue to control it but you have to be aware of it. Half you guys wouldn't even know what your bp reading is.

200mg e7d raises my bp and hemoglobin to unhealthy levels.

Off cycle they are in normal range.
