I have an iPad 4 (or 5?) and a MacBook Pro. I love them both.

Ive got both a Mac Book Pro and the new ipad they are very different so depends on your uses.

I use my ipad just to watch movies on the way to work or surf the net on the couch. I use my mac for everything

The display is fairly poor. It needed an update this year, and Apple didn't provide. I would pay the extra for the 13 inch mac book pro.

Classic apple fanboy. Why the hell do you need to spend a thousand bucks on a MacBook to download music?
You can pick up any pos laptop for a couple of hundred bucks and it'll be just fine.

Best surface so far, but still needs refinement. I almost bought one last month. I went with a mac book pro.

I love the idea of the surface, but the resolution sucks in the old windows interface and the metro interface is lacking a lot of applications.
