This damn dress is driving me nuts. I have only ever seen black and blue. I watched a thing on tv this morning that showed the dress, and stated the girl the originally asked the question confirmed it was indeed black and blue.

I definitely see that, and I think TKD is saying that as well. People are saying black vs white, when really it's neither of those colors at all. I'm only saying that I don't even see a remote possibility of those shades.

Haha, no, I do not see those shades. However, the black I see is quite black, and not greyish.

I don't see how that can look like black in any sort of way. The color you see in the pic of something else on the lower left side... what color do you see there? Or compared to the black frame around the pic you posted.
